Pooki's Mahi's Disty Program has non-negotiable requirements.  

1. No additional discounts.
2. Disty pays for LTL shipment.
3. Disty is responsible for all import taxes.
4. Forecasts are due by August 1st to Pooki's Mahi executive team.
