Pooki's Mahi™ prioritizes coffee subscription orders at the same level as distributor orders from approved larger resellers and ahead of any online retailer.
Fulfillment Cut-Off Times
Pooki's Mahi standard shipping is expedited shipping. The cut off time for orders to ship on the same day is 9:00am PT. Orders received on 9:01am PT and later will ship the next day.
Carriers, Distribution Center Carriers
Pooki's Mahi approved transportation (carrier) partner is Fedex. Pooki's Mahi utilizes a network of global distribution centers.
Pooki's Mahi uses a variety of carrier services to deliver packages, including Federal Express, UPS, etc. Customers cannot request a specific shipper. The choice of carrier is determined by the level of service selected (Standard, Express, and Next Day), destination (shipping address), and the size of your order. Pooki's Mahi will select the best carrier to keep our shipping charges as low as possible while still maintaining the delivery expectations for the selected level of service. Once the customer's order ships, the ship date, delivery method and other tracking details will be provided in a shipment confirmation email.
It is the customer's responsibility to check delivery status.
Track My Subscription Order
Customer can track their subscriptions order by visiting Pooki's Mahi Track Package page, enter the order number and email address used to purchase the subscription plan. Follow the instructions.
Pooki's Mahi subscriptions order sends a detailed "Track My Order" status to the email address used to place the subscription order.
Pooki's Mahi reserves the right to send detailed tracking information from Pooki's Mahi and the carriers' systems to customers that refuse to visit the Track Package page or falsely accuse Pooki's Mahi for not providing tracking information.
