What is the wholesale policy for delivery delays?

Pooki's Mahi shall not be liable for delays in shipment or default in delivery for any reasons of force majeure or for any cause beyond Seller's reasonable control including, but not limited to

1. Government action, war, terrorism, epidemic disease, riots, embargoes or martial laws.
2. Seller's inability to obtain necessary materials, products and/poor ingredients from its usual sources of supply.
3. Shortage of labor, raw material, production or transportation facilities or other delays in transit.
4. Fire, flood or other casualty.
