Products are provided free of charge to qualified international/national retail distributors. Retail distributors usually submit a minimum order of $85K USD per 1 SKU for 1 pallet.

- Benefits Events Policy - Pooki's Mahi made the exception to provide products free of charge to two events/brand expansion partners. Partnerships have been in place for several years or is a top performing/key partner to Pooki's Mahi.
- Multi-year Brand Customers (Private Label, Promotions, Corporate Gifts) - Customers in Pooki's Mahi's Branded Business Channel have higher minimums and custom orders. Pooki's Mahi will provide 1 set of products for quality review. The set represents a retail sample size unit. These orders are not rushed because the design of the pouch, use of logos, attribution and sales channels require legal agreements from Pooki's Mahi and the customer.
- Multi-year brand expansion partners - This is an extremely rare occasion. Pooki's Mahi will have a partner in RFI who will also serve as a vendor (services to expand the brand footprint) as well as a branded customer or distributor. The orders fall in line with an approved Wholesale Preferred 20% Account. Pooki's Mahi will provide 1 set of products for quality review and deep-seeded product placement. The orders for this type of customer are not rushed because the design of the pouch, use of logos, attribution and sales channels require legal requirements from Pooki's Mahi and the customer.
- Multi-year Distributors (Product Presentations): Pooki's Mahi's Sales Execs present select Pooki's Mahi's products (any not in the catalogue) at multi-national corporate distributors. Samples for product presentations are requested after the distributor expressed interest. Pooki's Mahi's does not send unsolicited product samples. Signatures are required for all deliveries.
