Every time a customer places an order, an email from Pooki's Mahi is sent notifying the customer of its status; the shipment confirmation email will include a link to track the shipment. Shipping status is sent no later than 24 hours after the order was placed.
Account Holders: Customers may also log into Pooki's Mahi through "My Account" and check Order Status/History. Click on an order number to view details and tracking information for that order. Guests / Non-Account Holders: Non-Account holders may check an order on Pooki's Mahi. Click on Order Tracking located at the top of the store. Enter the order number and email address.
Pooki's Mahi's team is working to implement a better order tracking system so customers can track order regardless which marketplace (like Amazon, Rakuten, etc.) the order was placed. TBD on when this tool will launch.
