How do I track my order?

Option 1:  Every time a customer places an order, an email notification is sent with the status of the order.  Customers may also log into My Account and select "My Order History," then click on an order number to view details and tracking information for that order.

Option 2:  Customers may also go to Order Tracking at the top of the Pooki's Mahi's store.  Enter the order number and email address.

Option 3:  Subscriptions cannot be tracked on using "Order Tracking" link.  Log into your (Pooki's Mahi's) Subscription Account to track the order. 


Note:  Pooki's Mahi team are building a much improved Order Tracking system to track all orders for Pooki's Mahi's products regardless of the marketplace the order was placed.  No confirmed date to when this feature will be available.
