The balance on a customer's egift card is applied toward the online purchase once the order is submitted. If a customer enter the egift card number on the payment page, and then decide to return to cart or to continue shopping, the egift card information will be cleared and the egift card will not be debited. When the customer completed shopping and are ready to submit the order, the customer will be asked to enter the egift card information once again to complete your purchase.
