What if the recipient does not receive the egift card?

The recipient will receive notification of the egift card via email.  Pooki's Mahi requests customers to instruct the recipient to check the SPAM folder.  If the egift card does not arrive within the expected timeframe, then contact Pooki's Mahi's Customer Success center at support[at]pookismahi.com for assistance.  Have the recipient's email address and the order number (invoice number) prior to contacting Pooki's Mahi's Customer Success team.
