Pooki's Mahi has a strict Refund Policy.
- Only regular items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Only non-food items qualify for a refund.
- Items must be in new condition.
- Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- Items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.
- Accessories must be unused.

- Once the product is returned is received and inspected by a Pooki's Mahi team member, Pooki's Mahi will send the customer an email to confirm receipt of the returned item.
- Pooki's Mahi will also notify the of the approval or rejection of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :
If the refund hasn't reconciled (received) into the credit card then contact the credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If the customer has done all of this and the refund hasn't been received, then contact Pooki's Mahi Customer Success at support[at]pookismahi.com. Pooki's Mahi will do the best to accommodate the request.
