What is the average processing time during the peak holiday season?

During the holiday season (November 1st - January 15th), orders can take up to 10 business days to process prior to shipping.

1. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
2. Please keep in mind that if an order is placed after 12pm PT on Friday, the order will not process or ship until the following week as Pooki's Mahi is not open for business over the weekend.
3. This includes all orders that require expedited shipping (ie: Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, 3-Day Select).
