- Email Pooki's Mahi at support[at]pookismahi.com and a Pooki's Mahi Fulfillment Team member will do their best to accommodate.
- If the order already shipped, then the best option is for the customer to refuse the order so it can return to the fulfillment center UNOPENED.
- Pooki's Mahi will process a refund.
