How can I cancel or modify an order placed online?

If the order has already been processed, it will be difficult to cancel the order because Pooki's Mahi's Fulfillment Team processes orders immediately. 

  1. Email Pooki's Mahi at support[at]pookismahi.com and a Pooki's Mahi Fulfillment Team member will do their best to accommodate. 
  2. If the order already shipped, then the best option is for the customer to refuse the order so it can return to the fulfillment center UNOPENED. 
  3. Pooki's Mahi will process a refund.
