Why can't I talk to a LIVE person NOW?

Pooki's Mahi is a startup.  We have an RFI (Request For Information) to reorganize the entire Customer Experience function.  Pooki's Mahi's Founder/CEO runs/owns all RFIs and is in NO rush to find an untested partner to lead this organization.  Please submit a new case.  We will do our best to respond.
