Can I change the User ID (email address) on my account?

Customers will not be able to change the email address.  If your account was compromised, then please reach out to us via Contact Us or send an email to support[at]pookismahi.com.  A Pooki's Mahi team member will change the email address on the account and will request a verification that you were able to log into the account. The email address is the User ID (user name).

 

If a customer wants a new user name, then create a new account.
