What are the requirements for a Wholesale 15% account?

Name, address, contact info.  Customers who previously placed an order (and created an account) are upgraded to Wholesale 15% Program.  Customers who previously placed an order and did not create an account will need to create an account.

Pooki's Mahi's Wholesale 15% program is open to all customers (repeat customers and new customers).  

All Repeat and New Customers: 

  1. No minimum requirements.
  2. No opening (and repeat) order requirements.

 

The following applies to businesses looking to resell Pooki's Mahi's products.

Businesses Reselling Pooki's Mahi's Products:

Pooki's Mahi's Wholesale 15% Program is open to businesses who fail to meet the Wholesale 20% Preferred Program requirements) that want to sell or distribute Pooki’s Mahi’s products.  Businesses save up to 15% on all products and an additional 5% on single serves.  The average wholesale order is $50K USD per SKU.  The average wholesale order for (1) pallet of single serves is $13K USD. 

Option 1:  Qualified businesses referred through an approved Pooki’s Mahi’s Wholesale Partner and fail to meet the required requirements for the Wholesale 20% Preferred Program.

Option 2:  All customers - new customers, repeat customers. 

Minimum order requirements:  1 unit per SKU/product

Opening (and repeat) order: 

  1. All Teas:  1 unit SKU/product.
  2. Single Serves:  1 unit per SKU/product. 

 

Requirements:  Business name, address, phone number, and email address.  A website is optional but preferred.

Optional:  Tax ID, Business Resellers Permit Certificate of Insurance

URGENT NOTE:  If customers plan on selling on Amazon.com, Sears, Newegg, eBay and other marketplaces, then the Tax ID, Business Resellers Permit, and Certificate of Insurance are required.  Pooki's Mahi regularly submits a list of approved wholesalers to distributors and marketplaces.

 

Note:  Pooki’s Mahi’s Wholesale Team adds the discount code to the Wholesale 15% Account.
