eGift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded as such. If the eGift Card is misplaced, then the customer can reprint it if it bookmarked it in your browser or click on the link in the original email. If the eGift Card was lost or stolen, contact Pooki's Mahi's Customer Success immediately at support[at]pookismahi.com. If the eGift Card hasn't been redeemed or has some remaining value, Pooki's Mahi Customer Success team will attempt to cancel the original and reissue a new eGift Card to the customer for the remaining value.
