How can return or exchange a defective item?

Pooki's Mahi takes any items deemed "defective" by our customers seriously.  Send an email to support[at]pookismahi.com or file a new Support Case via Pooki's Mahi's Customer Case center within 7 days of receiving the order with a photo (proof of damage).  Pooki's Mahi Fulfillment will ship the same order free of charge.

Note:  Pooki's Mahi limits reshipments to 1 per household (address).
