Create a new customer case case. Pooki's Mahi normally does not accept returns on food products (for safety and liability reasons). Pooki's Mahi will do the best to find the ideal product.
- Please have the packing slip (comes in every order) and the product you want to exchange it to.
- We'll send an RMA # along with a Fedex ship label.
- Please include this when returning the product.
Note: The process to exchange products is manual and not automated. There will be delays to complete the exchange.
