How can I return or exchange an item given to me as a gift?

Create a new customer case case.  Pooki's Mahi normally does not accept returns on food products (for safety and liability reasons).  Pooki's Mahi will do the best to find the ideal product. 

  1. Please have the packing slip (comes in every order) and the product you want to exchange it to. 
  2. We'll send an RMA # along with a Fedex ship label. 
  3. Please include this when returning the product.

Note:  The process to exchange products is manual and not automated.  There will be delays to complete the exchange.
